PF Classic Mushrooms

Firstly, the PF Classic Mushrooms is named after the legendary mushroom cultivator Robert “Billy” Mcpherson. (AKA Psilocybe Fanacticus). Macpherson developed the strain for use. In conjunction with his famous “PF Tek” growing method. Which he released to the world in 1991. Although it has been “bred” for PF Tek. This strain grows exceptionally well in a variety of mediums. Following a variety of “teks” or methods of cultivation.

Secondly, this strain elicits the “classic” Psilocybe effects. Including euphoria, visual stimulation, sensory enhancement/synesthesia,. Deep introspection, amplified emotion, and often a quite ‘mystical’ or “noetic” quality.  This makes it a versatile strain. Suitable for either therapeutic or recreational use. And great for beginners to both consume and grow.

Cap: 50+ mm in diameter. Convex to broadly convex to plane at maturity. Reddish cinnamon brown maturing to golden brown to reddish gold. Surface dry with pronounced and persistent remnants. Of universal veil on cap (spots). Flesh white soon bruising bluish green.

Stem: 125+ mm in length, yellowish-white. Flesh bruising bluish green were injured. Persistent membranous annulus (ring). From partial veil that becomes dusted with purple-brown spores at maturity.

Spores: Dark purplish brown, subellipsoid on 4-spored basidia.

Characteristics of the PF Classic Mushrooms are often exemplary of an “ideal” Psilocybin mushrooms. As well as Large fruiting bodies. with thick, long, dense stalks and a beautiful golden reddish cap. Its flesh readily bruises a deep blue and its mycelium. Is exceptionally fast-colonizing, rhizomorphic, and resistant to contamination. Due to the decades of isolation/refinement. That the genome has undergone. Its fruits are of moderate/average potency. However it is a heavy-yielding and easy to grow strain, making it a great choice for the beginner cultivator or user.
